What we collect

Visit data: when you load the site we record your IP address, the page/path, a timestamp, your browser user-agent, and the referring URL. This is captured server-side and used for aggregate analytics.
Answers you submit: any reflection you "cast into the void" is stored and shown publicly to other visitors. Do not include personal or sensitive information.
Reactions: likes and reports you give are recorded.

What we do NOT collect

No login, no name, no email, no advertising cookies. Your "already seen" questions are kept only in your browser's session storage and never leave your device.

How it's used

Aggregate analytics (visit counts, unique visitors, popular questions, engagement) and abuse prevention. We do not sell your data.

Storage & retention

Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL). Submitted answers may be removed automatically if reported more than they are liked, or manually at our discretion. Logs are retained until purged.

Advertising & cookies

We do not currently serve advertisements and set no advertising cookies. If advertising is enabled in the future, third-party partners (e.g. Google AdSense) may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, and we will request your consent via an on-page banner before any such cookies are set. You will be able to decline. This section will be updated with the specific partners at that time.

Submitted questions

If you submit a question, the text you enter is stored for manual review and possible inclusion on the site. Don't include personal information.
